If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, our team will work with your insurance carrier to estimate your expected out-of-pocket portion and submit your claim on your behalf. Please note that certain carriers, including Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Concordia, send out-of-network reimbursements directly to the patient rather than our office.
