Invisalign® treatment takes anywhere from two to 36 months, depending on your smile’s needs. You will first have digital scans taken of your teeth and mouth. The impressions help to form the basis for the development of your custom-made clear aligners.
Once your aligners are ready, we will dispense them during regular check-up appointments. You will need to wear each upper and lower aligner for a period of one to two weeks and then switch it out with the next set in your series. We will request that you come in periodically so we can check your progress and make any minor adjustments should the need arise.
Invisalign® clear aligners should be worn most of the day and night and should be removed only for eating, brushing, and flossing.
